If you are not satisfied with the plugin, tell us within 30 days of your order and we will issue a full refund. We may ask what went wrong so we can improve. The refund still goes through either way. After 30 days, refunds are case by case.

> We do not offer refunds for renewals.

Before a renewal, Freemius emails a reminder with options to cancel so you are not charged automatically.

## How to request a refund

Start the process from the [help page support form](https://wpsecurityninja.com/help/).

You will get an email when processing starts, plus next steps. Timing depends on PayPal or your card issuer. Read those emails for details.

## How long does it take?

Refunds can take 5 to 10 days to show on your statement.
