What we need from you
After payment, you’ll receive an intake form. You will typically provide:

A temporary WordPress admin user (you can delete it after)

(Optional) staging site access if you have one

Confirmation that you have a recent backup (recommended)
We will never ask for your main admin password.
Turnaround
We typically complete the setup and send your summary within 2–3 business days after we receive access.
