Choose review, cleanup, or rush. Fill in the form and pay via Stripe. No passwords in the form.

Submit access in the secure portal
After payment you get a personal portal link (email + thanks page). Bookmark it. We keep access details in a secure vault; never email passwords. Locked out of wp-admin is fine if you still have hosting or FTP/SSH.

We do the work
Reviews are async written checklists by default. Cleanups are hands-on once access works. If scope looks bigger than a normal single site, we stop and talk before continuing.

Handoff
You get a checklist (review) or a cleaned site with brief notes (cleanup). Rotate passwords; we purge the vault. Premium license activates after kickoff.
What we will need
Gather this before checkout when you can. After payment you get a personal secure portal link (confirmation email and thanks page). Bookmark it. Do not email passwords.
- Cleanup or rush: usable access via WordPress admin, hosting panel, or FTP/SFTP/SSH (locked out of wp-admin is fine if something else still works), plus the prep items below.
- Security review: access is often optional. We may still ask you to use the portal if we need a closer look.
- Whether you have a recent backup, and where it lives (host backup, plugin, etc.).
- Hosting company name.
- Any 2FA on wp-admin, hosting, or the site email inbox.
- Other security plugins we should leave alone.
- Anything we must not touch (custom code, staging-only rules, agency constraints).

Prefer to clean it yourself?
Security Ninja Pro includes a malware scanner, cleanup tools, Cloud Firewall, and 2FA. That is often enough when you still have admin access and time.
Questions about hiring us
Is this the same as plugin support?+
No. Bugs, setup, licenses, and product questions go through Help / Support. This page is only for paid review or cleanup work.
What are “business days”?+
Monday through Friday, US Eastern time, excluding major US holidays. We do not promise nights, weekends, or 1-hour response.
Is the security review a 60-minute call?+
No. By default it is async: we spend up to about 60 minutes reviewing and send a written checklist. A short follow-up call (30 minutes max, English only) happens only if both sides want it after the written review. It is not required to deliver the package.
Do you guarantee the site stays clean?+
No. We clean what we can find and harden basics, but reinfection can happen if passwords, hosts, or plugins stay weak. Premium helps you keep scanning afterward.
What if the infection is worse than expected?+
Fixed prices cover a normal single-site job. Cross-account hosting issues, full rebuilds, or multi-site sprawl are out of scope. We pause and agree options first.
Is Premium included? What if I already have a license or use another plugin?+
Yes. Each package includes a 1-year Security Ninja Premium license for one site when you want it. We activate it after kickoff (not automated at checkout yet). If you already have Premium with us, use another security plugin, or prefer we do not install ours, that is fine. We will not force the plugin on you. Package prices stay the same either way. You are paying for the review or cleanup work, not for a discountable license add-on.
Should I buy Pro instead?+
If you still have admin access and can run the malware scanner yourself, Pro is often enough. Hire us when you are locked out, short on time, or the infection keeps coming back.
What if I cannot log into WordPress?+
That is common. After payment use the secure access portal and fill what you have: hosting panel, FTP/SFTP/SSH, or notes that the host suspended the account. We do not require a working wp-admin.
How do I find my secure portal link again?+
Check the payment confirmation email for the portal URL, or reopen the thanks page right after Stripe checkout (it exchanges your session for the link). Bookmark that URL. It stays valid for 14 days until we lock or purge the vault. Do not email passwords.
