If you are not 100% satisfied with our plugin, let us know within 30 days of your order and we’ll issue a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once the refund starts processing you will get an email about the process has started and it will also inform you of the rest of the process. Depending on which payment gateway you used, PayPal or your credit card there could be a difference in how long it takes for the money to return. Please read the email(s) for the details.
Refunds can take up to 5-10 days to appear on your statement.
