To delete your account and personal data from our systems, complete both steps below.
Step 1. Delete from newsletter, support, and related systems
Open https://wpsecurityninja.com/gdpr/.
That form emails us. We then remove your details from support, newsletters, and related systems by hand.
We keep your name and email only while we process the erasure request.
Step 2. Delete the Freemius license account
Close the Freemius user account as well:
- Log in at https://users.freemius.com/.
- Open My Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose Close account. Follow the prompts.
“By closing your account, you will lose access to your downloads, license keys, orders history, invoices, and more. You will no longer receive feature nor security updates for any of the paid products you’ve purchased, and paid features in some of the products may stop working.”
Cancel any open subscriptions first, and confirm any prompts Freemius shows.
Use the Freemius link above. The
/account/page on wpsecurityninja.com does not let you delete the Freemius account.
After both steps are done, your account data and sites are removed from our systems.
