Important: Do not cancel your license or subscription before attempting to transfer it. Cancelling beforehand will prevent the transfer from automatically assigning credit for the unused time already paid.
Steps to Transfer Billing
- Ensure the plugin is still active on your website. Do not deactivate it.
- Navigate to your account page: https://wpsecurityninja.com/account/.
- Find the website where the plugin is installed and click on the plugin to expand the details.
- Click on ‘Transfer Billing to Client’.
An email with a direct purchase link will be sent to your client, allowing them to associate their billing with the plugin while keeping the license and management on your end. You will receive a notification once the transfer is completed.
