Renew your license manually
Some customers (for example in countries where PayPal subscriptions are unreliable) prefer to renew by hand instead of relying on auto-renewal.
Steps for manual renewal
- Log in to your account page with the email attached to the license.
- Open Renewals & Billing and click your license to show more options.
- Click Renew to open the payment window.
Prorated renewals
Renewing early can change what you pay. Freemius prorates early renewals so you keep the remaining value of your current term. See the proration policy.
Why renew early?
- Occasional deals let you renew at a discount.
- Early renewal can move your subscription date.
- You can update the card used for the subscription.
How to renew early
- Go to the pricing page and click Get Started.
- In checkout, click Renewing or upgrading a license?
- Enter your license key and click Apply.
- If you have a coupon, open Have a promotional code? and apply it.
