Use license on staging or dev sites

Freemius treats common local, staging, and tunnel domains as free license activations. They do not count against your site limit.

Yes. You can activate your license on local, staging, and many host temporary domains. Those activations do not count against the paid site limit. Freemius decides which hostnames qualify.
