Welcome to WP Security Ninja! If this is your first time logging in, you might have some questions about accessing your account. This guide will walk you through the process, whether you already have a Freemius account or are entirely new to the system.
Upon purchasing a WP Security Ninja license, you should have received an email containing your login credentials.
Existing Freemius Account
If you already have a Freemius account, you can use the same login credentials to access your WP Security Ninja account. Simply navigate to the account page and enter your existing username and password.
Forgot Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry! Freemius offers a straightforward password recovery process. Navigate to the Password Reset page and enter the email address associated with your account. Click the ‘Reset your Password’ button, and you’ll receive an email with instructions to set a new password.
Never Received Your Password
If you never received a password after your initial purchase, it’s possible the email might have ended up in your spam folder. Check there first. If you still can’t find it, you can use the ‘Forgot Your Password’ option on the Freemius login page to set a new password.
Creating a New Freemius Account
If you’re new to Freemius, you’ll need to create an account to manage your WP Security Ninja subscription. During the purchase process, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address, and a password will be sent to you. Use these credentials to log in for the first time.
