Integrate webhooks with Zapier

Connect Security Ninja Pro Events webhooks to Zapier Catch Hook and route alerts to Slack or other apps.

Use Zapier Catch Hook with Security Ninja Pro webhooks to send login, firewall, or update events into Slack, email, Docs, or other apps.

Steps

1. Create a new Zap

2. Add a trigger

Choose Trigger

3. Choose Webhooks by Zapier

Open the trigger.

4. Select Catch Hook as the event

Copy the webhook URL Zapier provides.

5. Paste the URL into Security Ninja

  1. Go to Security Ninja → Events → Webhooks.
  2. Turn on Webhook Active.
  3. Paste the Zapier URL.
  4. Select at least one event category (webhook events).
  5. Save settings.

6. Wait for a real event

Trigger a matching action (for example a failed login) and confirm the payload appears in Zapier. A login webhook can include IP, user agent, source URL, plugin version, and related fields.

In Zapier, filter on Action or Event fields so failed logins go to Slack while update notices go elsewhere.
